To address the challenges users face when buying electronics online, we enhanced our in-house assistant Flippi with a guided feature that asks the right questions and provides input options to filter products effectively. Each solution component was designed to be intuitive, flexible, and reusable.

The feature leverages natural language processing to understand user inputs in multiple languages. This allows Flippi to interpret requests, answer clarifying questions, and guide users even if they use non-technical terms or mixed language phrases.

Since the core structure of Flippi was already developed, we could seamlessly integrate this new feature. It’s reusable across multiple categories and doesn’t require rebuilding the assistant from scratch, allowing quick deployment and consistent performance.. Built-in multiple selection options allow users to specify preferences easily. The feature is fully customizable, independent of other Flippi modules, and can adapt to different product categories or user requirements without additional coding.
